You know how to use layers right? Just draw whatever then delete your background. Makes it transparent.

Lol yeah…I finally found that out
I didn't know how to save it ^W^
But I found that you just needed to save it as a png and I felt so stupid

Also check youtube/google for tutorials on clear backgrounds.
